I was highly satisfied with my experience, because the ambience was calming and not at all judgmental. When I am new to a space, I worry about making a fool of myself or not understanding what I need to do next. Everyone at Hand and Stone was clear, calm, and patient; that, in and of itself, increased the relaxation of my experience. Thank you!!

The Hand and Stone experience was positive from entry to exit. The receptionist was cordial, and the online forms were easy to complete at the front desk. The gift card was easy to use and apply to my service. The massage therapist (Trent) was welcoming and professional throughout the service. He worked on my neck and back areas as my doctor suggested, and he asked a few times about the amount of pressure and focus areas. After the massage, Trent also showed me a few simple exercises to stretch my neck on a daily basis to increase flexibility. The other staff members were friendly and helpful as I walked through the facility. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for a 90-minute hot stone massage.

My masseuse, Harper, was very attentive to my problem areas. He used a perfect amount of pressure. It was one of the most enjoyable massages I have had.
