I have been a member at this location for a few years now and enjoy the services and staff. My therapist Sharon is wonderful! I'm retired and this is a sacrifice, and I will continue my membership as long as I can afford it.

I felt the Flourtown location was extremely nice. Very well managed. I have stopped going to the Conshohocken location due to a lot of issues.

Craig is amazing. I struggled to find someone who did strong pressure when Carol left. I was so happy to have found Craig last year. I have stuck with him and continue to do so. I look forward to my massages every month, they are my only sanity!

The main reason is Craig. He is very good at massaging knots in my back and sholder I also love the mood of the room and the soothing music

The Hand and Stone experience was positive from entry to exit. The receptionist was cordial, and the online forms were easy to complete at the front desk. The gift card was easy to use and apply to my service. The massage therapist (Trent) was welcoming and professional throughout the service. He worked on my neck and back areas as my doctor suggested, and he asked a few times about the amount of pressure and focus areas. After the massage, Trent also showed me a few simple exercises to stretch my neck on a daily basis to increase flexibility. The other staff members were friendly and helpful as I walked through the facility. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for a 90-minute hot stone massage.

My masseuse, Harper, was very attentive to my problem areas. He used a perfect amount of pressure. It was one of the most enjoyable massages I have had.
