Professionalism, knowledgeable, of the staff there being that it was my first time at Hand and Stone.

My experience was great from check-in to check-out. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the services and membership programs. Overall, I received a great experience.

The therapist was kind and skilled. The appointment was easy for me to change on the phone that I had previously made in the office. The cleanliness of the building was excellent.

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

The staff are friendly when I coordinate an appointment The salon is neat and clean both the reception area and massage room. The location is perfect drive of less than 15 minutes.

I received an excellent massage from a skilled practitioner in a comfortable environment…nothing to complain about. Will absolutely be booking with my therapist again (I’d include his name but I can’t recall it at the moment, he gave me his card though.
