The front desk staff is friendly, but my massage therapist Carl is the BEST! I only go to him. He takes the time to check in with me on a personal level before we start. He is gentle and thorough and makes me feel so relaxed EVERY time.

I was highly satisfied because there was no wait time. I was told what the products for the facial would do and I looked great afterward. The massage was wonderful. The pressure was perfect.

All of the staff were courteous and professional. The massage therapist did an excellent job on my areas of concern. I am looking forward to my next visit to Hand and Stone.

My masseuse paid attention to my problem areas. She was very pleasant and welcoming as were the front desk staff. I will return .

The massage therapist worked on my specific needs. He asked questions related to how and where I needed him to work on my body. Very friendly people and atmosphere.

Firstly, quite pleased with my therapist, Abby. Love the location, not too far from my home. The receptionist is always friendly and always ask me how was everything. I’m always more relaxed when I leave and look forward to my next visit.

My esthetician was very friendly and seemed highly knowledgeable. I felt refreshed and relaxed after our appointment as well. The service is quite expensive however (especially since you must pay for each add-on), so I am not sure if it is something I can manage regularly. It may be something I am only able to treat myself to every once in a while.
