Katie was my esthetician for my recent facial. She is punctual, professional and caring. She is skilled and friendly. I'd highly recommend her and this H&S spa. It's just hard to get appts to fit my busy FT work schedule unless I plan well ahead of time and sometimes that is difficult. Spa members should be somehow given appt priority though I don't know how you'd manage that goal.

The massage therapist was great at helping me relax (which is the intent I told her I was going for), and was really great at giving specific instructions on when to inhale / exhale (I've never noticed anyone do this before and it was a great addition). The room was set up well and the table warmer was great since it was a cold day. Check-in was especially easy and the receptionists were friendly.

Judy is very knowledgeable about skin care and always makes my face and skin feel so good. She is also very, very nice.
