Please know that I am serviced at the Hand and Stone in Flourtown, PA and not on the main line. The responses only apply to the Flourtown location. I will only recommend people to Flourtown. Please remove me from your Lancaster Ave location. I've been asking for years to be removed and you continue to ignore my request. I will not complete anymore of your surveys. Cynthia Green

This place has always been wonderful, I have gotten massages here for over a year and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is professional and kind, and I have never felt remotely uncomfortable. Great job everyone!

Tim the massage therapist knew exactly what area to work on. I told him my shoulders and he worked my muscles below my shoulder which was truly the area I needed. He was very professional, made me laugh and made me feel very comfortable.

I had to re-book my original appointment at the last minute due to an emergency and the receptionist was really helpful and kind. I had a great experience at my re-booked appointment, the desk staff were really friendly. My massage therapist did a great job and helped address the problem areas I came in to deal with very skillfully.

This was an amazing visit. I tried to book an appointment at the Blue Bell location and there are never appts available. Flourtown was available with many choices.

Very attentive service

I was very satisfied with the look and feel of my skin after a facial. Also the massage and whole facial process was very relaxing. I would like to do it again if they offer the same price. On the other hand, my husband called for a massage appointment to use a gift card I gave him. The receptionist would not give him an appointment without a credit card number. He does not have a credit card but asked her to use my number which is on file. She refused. Consequently, he could not make an appointment for a massage with gift cards I gave him. He was angry.

It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I go there to relax and get a little healthier and and enjoy the experience.

The physical space is very clean, inviting and relaxing. The front desk staff is friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. My therapist was warm, professioal and excellent.
