I always get an appt in a timely manner. The therapist is knowledgeable, friendly and listens to me when I explain what needs to be worked on. The facility is clean and the staff are all pleasant and make you feel welcomed.

the lady at the reception desk was exceptional. she made sure to greet everyone as they entered even complimenting them on their hair or outfit (or for me, my rain jacket!). there seemed to be confusion with a gift card when we left and she was handling it very well. my masseuse was amazing - i cannot remember his name but he was a young white man!
