I am highly satisfied with my most recent massage specialist Abby. I have used Tia also. Both are very good. My membership is paused now because I have a difficult time keeping up with one massage a month even without restrictions due to Covid-19. I wish their was a semi monthly or 6 visits per year guaranteed membership. I have been working off excess services just to play catch up. I love getting a massage but it just doesn't work to have a monthly service when I don't use it monthly.

I walked into a warm and inviting atmosphere. My therapist was excellent with various pressure levels. The environment including my room was excellent- the. Music was relaxing and relevant.

I have never had a bad experience at H&S. In this time of economic hardship, I have given up all my other forms of self-care, but I refuse to give up H&S. It has added to the quality of my life. Everything has been a joy, from scheduling my appointment to the quality of my massage. Abby is fantastic, and I refer people all the time. Thank you!

I don't like the fact that they still bill my credit card where as I have so many credits. Do to my schedule its better if I go to the Chinese to get a massage they are available 24 hours a day. This will probably be my decisions in months to come.

it was relaxing. i felt comfortable and welcomed. my skin looked and felt better then when i first came in. overall a good experience.

The overall experience was through the receptionist to the far beyond excellent esthetician's service. Will definitely come back. Just sent a letter of thanks for excellent service to the spa.

Katie was wonderful for my facial. I will be back in 4 weeks. Unfortunately I asked the receptionist to add $25 for gratuity to my credit card and it wasn’t done. I now need to follow up and am embarrassed that Katie did not get gratuity

Elle, Imani, and Kayla(h) always make me feel welcome and cared for - they are rock stars and awesome at customer service. They are great faces of the company and do a stellar job. Craig, my recurring massage therapist, is an all star. He is intentional and attentive to detail. I look forward to coming each month and these individuals make the experience that much more of an enjoyable experience!

The spa was clean, staff was friendly and professional. When Katie was done with the service I was very pleased with the results.
