The receptionist were nice and helpful. Because I did pre-screening online I was able to enter right away. Tia, my massage therapist is wonderful and really helped me relax which I desperately needed!!!

I had not attended h&s for nearly a year, because of the crona virus, had forgotten how these messages are, and how good I felt afterwards.

My therapist, Sharon D, is amazing, gentle, patient, friendly, and attentive to what my needs are at every appointment. I am able to immediately relax during the session. She is a wonderful!!!

Dania was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. Wearing the mask during the facial seemed to be alright...I still felt like it was a good experience. The music stopped playing at one point for some reason during the visit. Enjoyed it overall!

The staff were very accommodating and cordial. I was made to feel at ease and any anxiety I had around receiving my service was put to rest.

The whole waiting area is very clean and inviting. No magazines due to the pandemic but wait time was very short. The person who booked my appointment on the phone explained in detail how the facial would de different. The esthetician did her best to work around and under the mask which was not ideal but made it work pretty well.

Craig is the best! He does trigger points that really alleviate pain in my neck and back. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
