Sharon D provides a calming, kind, caring energy and I feel at ease with her. She is attentive, respects my desire for quiet and brings a thoughtfulness, remembering me from one visit months ago. I appreciate how clean the space and communicative the staff are in this time of the pandemic.

I love this Hand and Stone. The receptionist are always kind and patient. I have been going to Abby for some time now and she always takes time to listen to my needs or concerns and I always leave feeling better. My only suggestion was the gift card policy. I was one of the customers who did not cancel their accounts during COVID. I believe putting a deadline on our gift card "thank you" is the opposite of what it was supposed to convey. I missed it by 3 days and I felt that management could have handled that aspect a bit better.

My massage therapist had an amazing technique, she was full of knowledge and super polite. I can’t wait to see her again!

Everything was great before and super clean....So impressed with the upgraded sanitation. Staff at this location are extremely professional yet personable. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this site all the time!!!! So glad I found them when I moved to this area. Always comfortable and receive amazing service in every aspect.

Employees are all very friendly and polite. It’s quiet and relaxing. Massage therapist is caring, genuine and does a great job.

Massage was great and targeted my knots. She tried to work on them as best as she could. Liked the CBD oil used.

I love my Hand & Stone location. It is extremely close to my home so it is very convenient. Criag is the only therapist that I would schedule my services. He is extremely knowledgeable and is highly attentive to my physical need.
