I have Always found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Tia was my massage therapist and I love ..her she is terrific

I am very thankful for the ladies who work there and especially my massage therapist. They were very friendly and my therapist was very patient in asking what I needed and didn’t just to a deep tissue , but was sure it was what I needed .

Carol was wonderful. very professional and spent exactly the right amount of time on my problem areas. Receptionist very nice and professional. I was asked to come in the spa promptly when Carol was ready early !! I was extremely happy that she was early vs Late

The staff was courteous. The waiting area and massage are were clean. The massage was still relaxing even though I was wearing a mask. The massage was perfect.

I’ve expressed my disappointment to the manager that due to time constraints I’ve accumulated quite a lot of service credits. I would like to gift them to family but find the additional charge ($10) obnoxious. Also, very displeased that during a pandemic my account was Charged for services your company was able to deliver. If not for the excellent experience I have received from my Massage Therapist, I wouldn’t have already cancelled.

My massage therapist (Sharon D.) is always pleasant and delivers an outstanding massage. I like that she asks about extra services, but does not push them.

In the absence of my former Therapist, Steve, the scheduling person recommended the Therapist who serviced me on 7/9, Craig, who was 5 star to the fullest. Pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I will adjust my Personal schedule to continue with Craig in the future.
