Everyone is friendly and very accommodating to me. Very clean and professional. I love this place and the staff are amazing.

The staff was very helpful, whether it was on the phone or at the reception desk. Steven is an excellent massage therapist. He was very conscious of doing a good job. I told him I have many massages and this one was a TOP 5.

I knew little about Hand & Stone before my visit. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I came in for a massage and stayed afterwards for a facial. I enjoy massages but other places have no way of encouraging return visits. I opted in for a membership because massages make me feel great and I really want to get them more regularly.

Abby was my MT. She listened to my concerns and was able to relieve my discomfort.

Sharon is excellent. She is very intuitive and wants your experience to be good.

Craig is extremely competent, knowledgeable, and knows more than just massage. The facility is top rate and always clean. The experience is well worth the cost.

The therapists that I have had were very courteous and asked what my preferences were before the massage. Also, they welcomed any changes if any that I needed during the massage.
