Hand and Stone

I truly like hand and stone but in the past year or so there have been several negative changes. A big one is the cost increase this year but also now charging if we give our package to another person. Also, limiting the number of packages you can give a certain person. you can no longer use GC's to buy products, too many things that decrease the value of the membership

For someone who’s had 10+ paid balances in their account should be able to redeem them for gift cards. Given the time limit I must use those credits if I cancel my membership, I’m stuck forever keeping my membership and not enough time to use up all my credits

Chris gave me a relaxing massage and took the time to listen and spent extra time with my problem areas. I left feeling relaxed and look forward to my next visit.

The front desk staff were so friendly. They helped me book my next appointment and renew my memebership. The waiting area was very clean & had a relaxing feel to it. My massage therapist (Becky) was amazing. I mentioned that I wanted her to focus on certain areas and she really hit those spots. I felt so relaxed after that session and cannot wait until my next appointment.

Cayla is exceptional and very knowledgeable. The receptionist explained the gift card promotion and I bought one.

Caylee was very knowledgeable and very attentive to the needs of my skin. She gave me a choice of a few options that would be best for my type of skin. We went with the Diamond Glow add-on and it was an excellent choice. My skin looked and felt fabulous!

Very friendly staff all around. The check-in process was very easy and didn’t cause any issues. Completing my intake form didn’t take much time and I was back in the massage room before I knew it!

This was my first facial and I truly loved the experience. Rose was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back.

he reception area is always clean and smells nice. Bruno was very good - great massage and quiet when I was quiet and friendly when I spoke.

Everyone from the front desk personnel to my massage therapist Kristal was very helpful in meeting my needs to help me relax. When I entered the door they greeted me and got me started with relaxation. Kristal was prompt to come get me and take me back. She allowed for plenty of time for the consultation and listened to all my needs. The massage was just what I needed and the entire experience very professional. The staff at checkout was helpful and kind.
