Adrienna is wonderful! She does a great job, explains her treatment & products used, she is gentle & very professional. I do see improvements in my skin. Looking forward to having another facial with her.

Waiting time minimal, reception was great, had a different therapist this visit. I was pleasantly surprised. I don’t like changing therapists much. Used to have Ivan and really responded well to his massage. Then he was a call out and Alex substituted and Became the new therapist as Ivan moved on. Hard to get appointments with Alex as my hours do not always jive. Vince was the substitute this visit and I found him to be excellent. I have a few scheduled visits with Alex but will probably move to Vince depending on his schedule

The massage therapist, James was very good an did a fantastic job of relieving my muscle spasms and related pain. He was very polite and professional. The girls at reception seemed a bit new, but otherwise pleasant and took care of my needs just fine. I was asked about the "points" system but am still not clear on the offering. I made my appt via a phone call, which has always been difficult, but I'm now aware of the app which I happened upon while searching the internet or maybe got a text confirmation about appt. I would have like to have been able to use that a LOT sooner. Maybe advertise it a bit.

Everyone is extremely friendly. The massage therapist Alex is amazing. I am always called in at the time of my appt and their is undress and dress time and I dont feel I get the entire 50 mins for the massage. Of course, anyone would want the entire time. Besides that everything is amazing.

I have been a client for three year. If I wasn’t highly satisfied I would have discontinued my membership. In fact I even purchased extra sessions so I could come every three weeks instead of four.

Everything was seamless from beginning to end. Bruno was one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time with amazing technique.

This location is amazing. Kristal has been taking great care of me for years. I am grateful for the hot stone option which is so therapeutic

I called Hand & Stone Carrollwood to book a couples hot stone massage with a 30 minute add-on for my wife and I as a Christmas present for her. From the get-go, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me keep the surprise, they explained the process, they knew and booked exactly what I was after. They called me to discuss a change before we made any changes. There was a ton of proactive communication - this is huge to me. Further, from the moment we walked in, it was clear this was a place of relaxation. Kristal did my massage and Bruno did my wife's. Both were clearly skilled. Both listened to our needs and delivered an exceptional massage experience. We were highly satisfied. We both signed up for the membership and booked our next massage already. We can't wait! The only - very minor - piece of feedback I have is that it should be possible to book couples massage suits online as opposed to requiring a call. However, that was a minor point. When I called, as explained above, the service was top-notch and there was no wait at all when I called which is a definite plus!
