I have been a member for over 5 years and never had problems. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They have always kept the place clean by its appearance and smell. The ambience is very calming. I just noticed they even upgraded their bathroom with fancy, hands-free / covid-compliant equipments. I like that they give customers the option for therapists to wear masks

I always find the staff to be very pleasant. I never wait more than 10 mins for my massage. I love the flexibility of the schedule, I can usually schedule same day appointments or a day after, and I'm grateful for that.
