Both ladies that did my facial & massage were outstanding!! They even called the next day to check in on me! When I went to check out, however, the lady checking me out was very rude and rushed me. She gave me a price that did not make sense to me but since I had multiple guests behind me waiting I just paid it. When she asked about gratuity she very loudly said how much I was tipping, then gave me my new total loudly so everyone could hear. I was planning on booking another massage & facial with the same ladies. However, once I was turned off by her I said no and left. I never received an online receipt, so I still have no idea what I paid for since I have memberships.

Rose was very professional and friendly, she addressed my concerns and made it a pleasant experience.

I hadn’t been in the spa in some time, but when I walked in the door, one of the staff members greeted me by name. Brianna was ready for me. She was very pleasant and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. We spoke about facial services for future visits.
