First time to hand and stone and it was a great experience. Troy location is super clean and the check in process was smooth. The room was clean and the aesthetician did an amazing job. Definitely will be back.

The atmosphere and receptionists are wonderful, but the reason I come is for Victoria. Victoria does an amazing job and I schedule appointments months in advance.

Was able to get a same day appt for the type of massage I wanted AND scheduled it at 3:00 pm for a 5:00 pm visit! (last minute decision that I wanted a relaxing, evening massage. All staff I encountered were kind, professional, and great at their jobs! Dequan was my masseuse and it was my first time at Hand and Stone - HIGHLY SATISFIED with every aspect of my visit. I will DEFINITELY be returning, especially since I signed up for their monthly membership! Prices are very reasonable and seemed to be slightly cheaper than many of the surrounding competitors. So glad I decided to try Hand and Stone, they will be my “go to” when I need pampering or a break from the stress of every day life.

Lauren was very friendly and experienced. We had a lot of laughs. She explained the products that would help my fine line wrinkles. She was very concerned about my comfort during the facial. I will definitely return.

My massage therapist had a lot of knowledge and gave me tips to deal with some pain and health issues.

The ambiance is very calming clean and luxurious. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the esthetician really knows her stuff. I always feel great and like I’m doing good things for my skin every time I get a facial with Abby.

All members of the staff were professional and time sensitive. All members of the staff displayed highest levels of customer service. The ambience was impeccable.
