Krystin is remarkable. Kniws exactly what to do and puts effort into massage and listens clearly to my needs. She is a remarkable therapist. I won't see anyone else!

Victoria is the best massage therapist. She is highly skilled and always gives a high quality massage. I’ve had other therapists cut my visit short at times, but she always gives me my full time.

The knowledge of the staff, especially for my facial. Abby is wonderful and very knowledgeable and knowledge of the products, and to set me up with the products that would work well for my face was amazing and I have excellent results.

Kristen, my therapist, was excellent at her craft. She was able to work on areas that needed extra attention. She was very professional and kind. The overall booking process is typically smooth, however, I did encounter an issue this time where my initial appointment was cancelled erroneously, and I was NOT notified, and therefore I made a trip to Troy from my home in Beverly Hills, and the appointment was not available (nor was there any other opening). I had to reschedule for a different day/time.

Everything was fine!
