My massage therapist was awesome. He was very in tune with my problem areas. He made sure to spend extra time during the session on those areas.

I loved body message. Kris was great and pressure applied was perfect. The only thing that was ok is facial.

No big deal......but I had some tight muscles behind my knee but my therapist said she could only apply light pressure in the area - I'm not sure why but clearly they are trained this way. I absolutely love my massage therapist and this is in no way aimed at her!!!!

The masseur was very knowledgeable of what areas my body needed to be massaged by my walk. He is very good and knows the pressure of certain areas I have more pain than others.

I had both a massage and a facial. It was a calming time for me that I didn't want to end. I appreciated that the girl doing my facial asked if I wanted for her to explain each step or if I just wanted to close my eyes and relax (I choose the latter and enjoyed every minute of it) My spa day was a gift and I will recommend Hand and Stone again when someone asks me for gift ideas.

it was relaxing. I would maintain my membership but changed jobs and locations are no longer convenient

It is both my wife and me second time back to the facility. I like that the therapist seems to remember the service they provided before. In addition, I appreciate the focus and care the therapist took to ensure I would leave feeling how I wanted to feel. The overall experience has been wonderful for us both.
