It appeared that Hand & Stone employees were very concerned about my well-being and made me feel SAFE while in their care.

Anthony is the BEST massage therapist I have ever been to. He focuses on the areas you need worked on. I highly recommend him if your looking for a deep tissue massage.

The staff was very positive and welcoming. Anita did a wonderful job working out my problem areas in the shoulders and talking me through any questions I had.

I've been a member for a year and a half, and I regularly see Taylor who is super friendly and very competent at her job. I also felt safe with the staff's safety precautions and use of PPE.

Chris was professional and pleasant. Just what I needed to end the week. Calming atmosphere.

I’ve always had an enjoyable experience during my visits, sometimes I nap involuntarily due to becoming so relaxed.

I feel Hand and Stone does an excellent job. My only issue was poor communicating during the covid closer. I was changed every month, but cant use it. My gym, my car wash etc.. all suspended my payments during the time you can use them. I did call and complain that there had been no email communication during the shut down. Someone did call me back, and I suspended my payments for 1 month, but there really should have been communication from your end reaching out to your valued customers.
