Hand and Stone

I have consistently received excellent massages and customer service at this Hand & Stone location. Very friendly front desk staff are always smiling and make you feel welcome. My masseuse is excellent - I've already recommended her to many other people.

The spa smelled good and is always clean. I love the essential oils used during my massage My therapist is excellent and understanding of my wants and needs. Adding- I do wish they would change the music to a more soothing sound, such as rain or flowing water

Jacoby is very friendly. She knows my skin and makes recommendations to help improve it. While you didn't have one of the products I normally purchase (and this has happened before), she assured me it would be available at my next visit.

I’m always happy with Hand and Stone. I would not be a member if I were not. Love the ambience and always feel comfortable.

Given the circumstances of what’s going on in the world everyone in the spa was very nice and welcoming. It felt nice to have some type of normal life back!

I love the therapist there. I try to get taylor but I know my work schedule changes so much. I’ve seen others and they are awesome as well! I love the staff there... I missed this place the last 3 months cuz of Covid and hopefully they can find a way to stay open in the next wave of the pandemic. I understand everyone needs to stay safe!!!

Jacobi is an amazing esthetician. She makes you feel comfortable during your appointment even in the more intimate parts of hair removal. I would highly recommend Jacobi for facials and hair removal.

The location in Troy is amazing, staff is wonderful, especially the lady who works in the front (Ashton),,very accommodating and knowledgeable. She recommended us several staff members who compare to our previous therapist who unfortunately may not be able to return to work,, excellent service..
