I just love Abigail I have been a member since the Grand Opening back in 2015. She provides the best facial I have ever gotten.I really enjoy the massage on my shoulders and neck area.

The front staff are kind and patient. Staff who perform massages and facials are thorough and thoughtful. I always enjoy my experience, every month.

My massages with Victoria and Theresa are always AMAZING. It is just very difficult to get appointments with Victoria. I understand why ...because she is so good! But I would love if her clients could have access to knowing when she releases her dates ...I seem to always miss that and then can't get her again for months. I wasn't thrilled with the price increases at Hand and Stone. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but it seemed pretty significant. I hope most of that money is going to Victoria and Theresa and less to Corporate. Overall I love my massages at Hand and stone and know I will always walk out feeling better than when I walked in.
