Hand and Stone

So my issue was with my gift card i bought my mom a gift card for Xmas luckily we booked an appt together and I’m embarrassed. She went to use it and the staf said ‘ my gift card was used on July.’ How is that possible ? I asked for a manager and there wasn’t one available i said i live next door have them call me when she is available. No one has called it was yesterday. I’m a member but the front desk said she’ll deduct it from my account or use my points to pay for her massage. But i bought a gift card and now they r saying it’s been used ? How is that possible

mannnnn, i forgot the girls name that did my facial, but she had the softest hands in the world and was like freaking perfect..... man, i am for sure crushing on her. she was so nice, and yeah she had nice eyes. my name is AMer Bally and my appt was on 1/28 @6pm, so whoever did It, whichever girl, yeah she was perfect.

This specific location has the nicest people! The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly, my massage therapist Jocelyn is wonderful, and the atmosphere is calming, relaxing, and stress-reducing ... which is just why I come there for massages!

The lady doing my facial was very nice, and talked about the entire process for the facial package I got before starting. When I left, my skin was literally glowing, and the few spots I had on my face were close to gone!
