Hand and Stone

In the past I had a membership to the spa for years (before the pandemic), and have ALWAYS been very pleased with the service. I asked for the same massage therapist as I used to have, and was pleased that she is still there, and the quality of service is unchanged. I am strongly considering renewing my membership.

I have had different people for different services, whether it was a massage or facial, and they have all been great. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and has met my needs.

From the moment I stepped into the building I was put at ease. The music was lovely, the scent, and both ladies working the front desk were are joy. This is very important to highlight, as I came in straight from the gym looking a mess and that did not deter them from treating me with the upmost respect. It was such a wonderful feeling!

Upon entry into the venue staff were attentive and well informed.

The experiences I have at Hand & Stone are very consistent, and I appreciate that. While waiting for my massage appointment, the cosmetologist who regularly does my facials greeted me by name. The personal touches enhance the experience greatly.
