The ambiance is always so relaxing from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Helpful, friendly, and nice staff. The massage itself relaxed me way more than I thought was possible.

Priscilla is always very friendly. More importantly, she knows my skin and made several product recommendations. So far, they have lived up to my expectations!

Karen is an awesome member of Hand and Stone. I love the care she takes, and the education she provides me about skin and skin care. My only complain is that it can be, at times, expensive and has a very franchised feel to the spa. The facial rooms you can often hear people coming and going from the lobby, and the spa is often far too cold in the winter.

My therapist, Olyn, does a great job on my problem areas. I always book 80 minutes - I need the work. Reception is always cheerful and efficient. The location is close to a small airport and twice during the massage we could hear a plane. She tried to cover it with music but I could hear it. Not her fault and can't really be changed, though. What I think you are missing is a wind-down room, a place to sip water or tea and continue the relaxation for a few minutes before you leave. The reception area is too busy for this. Needs to be a quiet room with no other activity.

The front desk employees are friendly and helpful. I always feel and move better after my massage. i look forward to my next visit before i leave the spa.

Everyone is welcoming and frequently calls you by name. Reception staff always attempts to accommodate your wants and needs. I always feel energized and relaxed (if that’s even possible) when I leave!
