Hand and Stone

I have had a membership with this particular hand and stone spa for about three years now. I had the option to pick from a number of places but chose this one because of its reputation for quality service. I have never been disappointed by any service that I received there nor any of the employees in any capacity. I come in once a month for either a facial or a massage and I look forward to it each time as a highlight of my month!

You were out of a product I use regularly (as you were on my previous visit). Priscilla let the buyer know and she called me the next day to let me know 1) it was available at another location and 2) that she ordered the product for the location I visit. Great follow up and customer service!

Jeff always does a great job. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable. I look forward to my monthly massage and you can't beat the price.

I got rid of my aches and pains. Mary did a wonderful job. She really knows what she is doing. I am very comfortable when I go there and I’m glad it is close to the house.

Staff are welcome and friendly but I must admit the staff at this visit was new to me and I did not find them as personable as others in the past

I AM ALWAYS GREETED BY NAME WHEN I ARRIVE. EVERYONE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. I ALWAYS FEEL BETTER WHEN I LEAVE. LESS PAIN AND STRESS.

Friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. Good quality service for the price and because it’s located close to my home I will be likely to come back.

I appreciate the ambiance of the lobby and friendliness of the staff. I like that my appointment is always on time. My therapist was very thorough.
