got in and out as expected. Duncan always listens to me and does a great job working on the area of concern.

LaKrisha is amazing. I was really tense coming in and once the massage was done I felt so relaxed. She knows how to get the knots out.

The staff took every measure to ensure that my visit was relaxing and met all of my expectations. I had a massage and a facial for my first visit. Both services were a very pleasant experience which was a selling point to purchase a membership. I look forward to all of my future visits.

This is my second time having a facial at this location and have been completely satisfied both times. I am thinking of changing my membership to Hand and Stone.

Eric talks a little too much for my relaxation needs. Talking about my work and kids does not help with relieving my stress.

The overall experience at Hand & Stone is always efficient and comfortable. Waiting time is minimal, and friendliness is top-notch. Alexis has been absolutely wonderful, both in her understanding of requests and technique! She works wonders and I'll be continuing to come back.

I have been seeing Alexis for quite a while, and she is one of my favorite massage therapists. Her technique is outstanding, and she has been able to effectively answer my questions in the past about upgrade/alternative treatments available (like the hot stones and cupping). She is very attentive and always checks in on my comfort. Also, the staff at the front desk has always been friendly, makes me aware of new specials, and offers to book my next appointment. Love the Troy location!
