Jakobia is amazing at what she does! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but personable as well — makes it seem like I’m talking to a human rather than sales rep. The reception staff is always very professional and sweet.

Jocelyn is a RockStar. She pays attention to what I tell her about my special attention areas and work to get the knots out. I wish she was available on some Sunday’s with my hectic schedule.

Greeted by front desk as soon as I arrived. I had a very relaxing massage. I will be back soon.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They did a great job with making me feel comfortable with something I had never done before.

Construction next door was a bit noisy was somewhat unable to relax during my massage. Staff was great and friendly. Jody did a great job

Receptionist are very sweet and friendly. I feel all the people working at Hand & Stone are very nice. Every Therapist I have had are great but Duncan stole the massage, he is good & Taylor is right behind him, Mary follows right in there! I am satisfied! I do t tho k I can continue with my membership bc of my own finances!

I called the morning of and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Karen was great! She was very knowledgeable. I was comfortable throughout my session even during the extractions. My skin looked better & clearer immediately after my facial. I was going to cancel my membership after my service but chose to keep it because of this positive experience.

The entire staff was wonderful especially Taylor who did my massage! Taylor kept checking to see how I was doing throughout the massage as well as checking to see if the amount of pressure was good for me. When the massage was done I felt like I was walking on air and felt totally relaxed. I booked another massage with Taylor for 5/30.
