I frequent the Troy Hand & Stone often for facials and massages. I love it!

I had a 80 min massage for the first time. It was amazing. Joslyn worked out my knots in my neck and shoulder area and I was totally relaxed. I slept well and in the morning felt great! I referred two Co-Workers for a massage with Joslyn. She is the best!

The only issue is with booking online, the website never recognizes me as a member. I can not view points, see past therapists, etc. I continually have to book like a guest at the 99.95 price, mark gift card and hold the appointment with a credit card. I have been given paperwork to troubleshoot these issues with connecting my membership you online email I provided. Still not connecting. Thanks!

This was my first time getting a facial. It was definitely an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly especially my esthetician. She took her time to go over products & to make me feel comfortable & relaxed. My skin felt amazing after leaving the salon.
