Keito is amazing! She’s always friendly, remembers my problem areas, and knows the right amount of pressure to apply.

Friendly environment staff was very open to explaining every detail of the service that I was receiving at the spa.. I would recommend hand and stones to friends and family everything was fantastic.

I really enjoyed the way I am greeted and treated as a guest. The way that everything is customize-able including the music, table heat, other props is great. I felt comfortable speaking up about more pressure.

I LOVE Karen.....she is absolutely amazing!! Getting a Brazilian Wax can be uncomfortable on a number of levels but Karen is so great with keeping things relaxed. Her facials are also exceptional....I won’t to anyone other than her!!

This spa is very clean, the staff is very friendly. I love the ambiance of the whole place. My massage therapist Mark was wonderful, I will request him again.
