I feel like they take the time to find out about me and my needs. If we try a new process or product they are always checking to make sure it is not causing any discomfort or burning sensations . I’ve always liked the feel of my skin after receiving a facial from the hand and stone. The only item I wish was available was a shower for the clients. After having a facial my hair is never in a condition to go out in public and I need to wash it afterwards.

I ALWAYS FEEL WELCOME. I AM ALWAYS CALLED BY MY NAME WHEN I ENTER. I ALWAYS KNOW WHAT SPECIALS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME. MOST IMPORTANT, I ALWAYS FEEL BETTER WHEN I LEAVE. JESS IS A GREAT THERAPIST. I FOLLOWED HER HERE FROM ANOTHER SPA OVER A YEAR AGO AND HAVE NEVER REGRETTED MY DECISION.

Everyone is very friendly at the Hand and Stone. Eric does an excellent job listening to my problem areas and I feel great after the message.
