I have a membership and if I wasn’t satisfied beyond my expectations I wouldn’t keep my membership. Staff is friendly and calls me by name. The areas are always clean, even the restrooms!

I was pleasantly surprises how i was welcome. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I felt very comfortable. I noticed several customers that just stop by to say hello, it was weird to see that but weird in a very good way. It goes to show how they make everyone feel like family and not just a customer.

I've been going here a while and it's always and easy and pleasant visit. Annie is an exceptional masseuse and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable.

She asked if I had any special problems. She worked to relieve me from any discussed problems. I feel so much better after my treatments,

My esthetician was very warm, friendly and competent. She explained what to expect as we progressed through the various stages of the facial treatment.

It is always so relaxing - even when you just walk in. There are always enough wonderful ladies to help you and make you feel right at home. Jessica is the very best massage therapist, and she is the main reason I come. I have no complaints about any part of this Hand and Stone. :)

Despite having difficulty finding availability with my preferred therapists (Jocelyn, Keito, or Mickey), the service is priceless when I'm able to catch them. They go above and beyond to give the best service and always asks about my preferences. I just wish they had more availability.

The therapist offered solutions to help my sore back. She was efficient, not pushy.

My recent facial was so relaxing. The clinician, Rae, was gentle and gave specialized attention to my sensitive skin. It was a great experience for my only second facial ever! Sharon
