The receptionist was very friendly when making the appointment. I was very impressed how she listed to what I was looking for and also the questions she asked to make sure I was matched to the right person for the service. When I arrived she made me feel right at home.

Eric always gives a great massage. He listens to me about my problem areas, keeps track of techniques he has effectively used for me in the past, and helps relieve my chronic pain. He is always friendly and professional.

The facial I received during this appointment was very satisfying. She explained the services that were available for what I needed done to my face. She was just a pleasure and made me feel that she wanted to work on my face.

Hand and Stone has a very friendly and relaxing environment. It’s a place where I allow myself to be pampered. I am in good hands with the people who work at Hand and Stone. They do a great job, they listen to what it is you want and they make it happen. It is always a delightful experience. I am glad I joined their membership so I make sure to carve out at least one day a month for me.

My estitician (Jennifer I believe was her name) was so knowledgeable and took the time to really understand the issues I have with my skin. She did a great job making me feel relaxed during the process. She could not have been nicer. I will 100% be coming back to see her next month. I already booked my appointment.

Staff is always friendly, Spa is clean!

The ambiance of the Hand and Stone, the quality of my massage and the friendliness of the receptionist. I am a member. I wish the massages were 60 minutes start to finish. Maybe that could be a members only perk!
