Hand and Stone

I always feel welcomed when I arrive for my visit. The spa keeps my appointment as scheduled and I love my massage therapist. I've been going to the same one for several months now and she always listens to my needs and does a fantastic job.

My daughter treated me to a facial here at the Troy Hand and Stone Spa. The mood was set the moment I walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff and beautiful ambiance of the spa. Jennifer, my esthetician was not only knowledgeable about skincare and the products but gave an amazing facial. My skin felt great and had a nice natural glow when I was all done. Thank you all for a great experience.

I always feel relaxed after I leave your establishment. It starts in the reception area with the waterfall on the wall. Keito does an excellent job in fulfilling all my massage needs and hitting troubled areas. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The front staff was extremely friendly. The massage therapist was great and applied the exact amount of pressure I needed and was looking for without me having to tell him much at all. The care when I left was fantastic as well. Highly satisfied!!!

Priscilla was my esthetician and she guided me through my first-ever facial. She focused on my problem area and suggested I incorporate LED light therapy during my treatment. She also recommended specific products to improve my skincare routine. She was very friendly and ensured that I was comfortable the whole time. I could see immediate improvement in my skin (during the worst breakout of my life) and am very pleased with the results! Thanks for the great customer service and experience!
