I was in pain upon arrival and pain free when leaving. the receptionist was great at check-in and offered me available promotions. I have been coming to this spa for over a year now and I have never been disappointed.

I was with my minor daughter and there was an empty massage table in the same room, so the therapist let me lay down too and rest!

Karen gives personalized facials each time I visit her. She has recommended great products that have improved my skin tone and texture 100%. I would highly recommend H&S services.

I’ve been here several times for a massage and usually don’t wait for more than 2 min before being taken back. This time I ended up waiting about 15 min (the appt before me went over I think), and anyway I wasn’t too concerned about it. My massage therapist was very apologetic and offered complimentary essential oils or hot stones for my wait. I ended up choosing lavender oil and had an amazing massage. She gave me my full time too! I enjoyed it so much that I ended up booking my next massage with her!
