Hand and Stone provides consistent value to me with all services. I really enjoy visiting the Troy location. Very clean, and all staff are very friendly. Can highly recommend services here.

My favorite thing about Hand and Stone is my massage therapist, Keto. She is the reason I become a member. Wonderful massage every time -- and the staff / experience is always easy.

It was very relaxing with a warm, competent staff. No noises from the hallways. Almost fell asleep a couple of times.

Sarah is an excellent massage therapist with an outstanding touch and level of skill. I also love how the front desk staff works as a team to answer questions and book appointments.

Jessica is a fabulous masseuse. I used to own my own spa plus I have had massages all over the world. Jessica is definitely in my top 3. Very polite and really pays attention to what I ask her to do. It’s hard to find this good of a masseuse.
