The front desk staff were kind and empathetic to my having to cancel my membership, due to impending divorce. My massage therapist Taylor is simply the best - she cares about me and it shows in her service. I have one last appointment in August on my membership, and I will miss her.

My therapist, Vitoria is very astute about my areas that need attention. She takes care to check in with me during my massage. She listens to me carefully and follows my cues. I also love the desk manager Amber. She is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the services, staff, and booking process. She has helped me set up months of appointments in advance. I really like this particular hand and stone, they take the best care of their guests!

Abigail is super helpful when it comes to all things skin. She provides tips and treatments each visit to help my skin look great.

My esthetician, Mary, was wonderful. She did a fabulous job assessing my skin needs and goals. It was relaxing and just what i was looking for. I will definitely be back to see Mary again soon.

I feel like the services are becoming more expensive, and every time I have a facial, I feel like I am constantly spending or being offered to spend so much more. The basic facial seems to not be great.. IF we want a good facial, we have to pay more. Since the prices have increased, this can be a little bit annoying to have to constantly add $30 to $40 more each visit.

My Facial was top notch. I already have my next one scheduled for next week.
