The website is not great for booking appointments. There are a lot of screens that seem could be streamlined.

The massage therapist is always knowledgeable, courteous and knows exactly where my target areas are. Receptionist always greets with a smile and is welcoming.

I have neck issues. Therapist worked on it and actually made a difference. I just booked another massage in 2 weeks because it was so effective.

The Troy Hand and Stone facility is very clean inside and everyone is always friendly when entering. I have had several therapists at this location and all of them are great. I have been two multiple different massage companies and the Troy Hand and Stone is by far my favorite.

The day after my massage, the spots that were the most sore felt major relief. I was very relaxed the rest of the day following my massage. I felt my whole body had attention and extra on the places that felt the most sore. It was a great experience overall.

The moment I walked in i knew I was in for a treat. The spa was clean and beautiful. The staff couldn't be any nicer. Made me feel right at home. and my massage was the best I ever had! My massage therapist Jersey was outstanding! I haven't felt this wonderful in a long time! I can't wait to go back!

I like evening and Sunday appointments & I was able to schedule an evening. The receptionists are super friendly. I wasn't pressured to buy anything or set up my next appointment yet.
