Kay did a good job listening to my concerns about my sore shoulder and made sure to stretch it while not pushing it too far.

Abigail is great .. She and Stacey are the best. She always makes great recommendations, and my skin looked great after the peel she suggested. I hope she stays there a long time .

The massage therapist was able to feel where I had the most tension and focused on it without me needing to ask. I feel that there wasn't much time wasted, she was very efficient with the time. It was a very relaxing experience.

All fine and excellent...Someone should change the filter on the water dispenser in the lobby. It was last changed Jan. 2021, it was on the side of the dispenser

I like the relaxing atmosphere of the lobby. I appreciate the way the massage therapist helps me relax since I have a stressful job. The monthly membership makes it easy for me to keep on a schedule of getting massages.

Abbie has amazing touch and knowledge of skin care.

I've probably seen 10 or so massage therapists in the last 3-4 years. She was the best one in terms of focusing on my body and places that I have soreness. Sometimes at other places they talk a LOT and I relax less. Some of that is on me 'cause I can talk very easily to people. . . this massage was perfect. We also talked about stretches that will help me going forward too.

First time visiting. Wonderful experience. Kayleigh was very informative. I left feeling just how I wanted to feel…. Very relaxed and happy.

I always enjoy my visits at Hand & Stone Troy. This is the first time in a very long time I had a massage instead of a facial.
