I was highly satisfied with my treatment as my esthetician was wonderful! Took the time to address my questions and concerns. I haven’t felt this relaxed in months!

I have enjoyed my experiences very much over the course of a year or so of having the membership. I have gotten to know a couple of therapist that know what i like and what areas need attention. I especially like Theresa and Martin at the Troy MI location

Desk staff greets you basically immediately on entry. Atmosphere of the reception and room are on point and conducive for relaxing. Massage therapist is amazing and extremely professional. Whatever you are paying her needs to be substantially increased!

I have had 3 technicians since I joined Hand & Stone due to staff turnover. Viki is my ultimate favorite person since joining. Only 1 problem, I have asked for 2 years at the desk when checking out, why I never receive any emails or offers and I was told everything was in order until my last visit when I asked to confirm my email address again. This time we did find the error thank goodness. I missed a lot. Hope it doesn't happen again.

Abby gives the best facials. She is so talented and shares her knowledge. She is gentle and caring in approach.

Mike is a phenomenal massage therapist that knows how much pressure to use when and for how long. He is highly recommended and is my one & only massage therapist.
