I love Victoria. She listens to me when I tell her my problem area(s) and she works on them. She keeps asking how the pressure is to make sure I’m comfortable.

Staff is extremely welcoming and professional. Massage therapist (Lucretia) is not only very knowledgeable, but also cares reply for the wellness of her clients. She shares recommendations for further ways to alleviate pain / tension between sessions, as well as recommending different services within H&S that can be beneficial.

Cathy is very well informed with the products. I completely trust her judgement on what services/products are right for me.

My massage therapist concentrated on neck and shoulder blades where all of my pain comes from- She gave me suggestions to help alleviate the pain at home. I felt so much better right after my massage was done and has continued the following day. Becoming a member is one of the best investment I have made.

Everyone was kind and friendly and very respectful and my experience was wonderful.
