Daquan focused on my problem areas and left me feeling much more relaxed and in less pain. He is friendly and receptive to feedback, and is very consistent between sessions (remembers my "usual" preferences).

I really enjoy the experience at H&S. Most places like this I feel awkward and out of place, but I never feel that here. I’ve used H&S several times and have never had a bad experience with the masseuse (in fact, I got one purely by accident that specialized in TMJ issues, which I have). Though it’s a little over priced, I would recommend H&S to anyone wanting massage services.

The ladies at the front desk offered me to get a facial after my massage. I really enjoyed that because I had the time and I didn't want to come back for a massage separately. I think they kind of remember who I am what a nice feeling!

My therapist is always pleasant and on time. She makes an assessment before out appointment to make sure I am getting the relief I need in certain areas.

Cathy is amazing and I will absolutely keep going to her. The entire staff are nice and helpful
