I loved my therapist! She really listened to what I told her were problem areas & focused on those with the perfect amount of pressure. I can tell when a therapist is just going through the motions & my therapist was NOT just doing that. She was present mentally and focused the entire time. She was pleasant, friendly & smiled genuinely because that is her personality, not just because she “has to.” Will be back & will book with same therapist.

I booked my appointment the same day, and was very pleased that there was availability. I love the hours my esthetician works because it works well with my schedule. From the time that I walked into Hand & Stone, I felt relaxed. The staff members at the reception desk were very kind. When my esthetician walked out, she had a warm bubbly personality. She focused on exactly what I wanted to focus on. I felt great when my service was completed. She also recommended products to me, but did not make me feel as if I had to purchase anything. I did purchase a facial cleanser because I am looking to take better care of my skin. I will be returning for facials and massages in the future!
