Hand and Stone

I work in construction and when I leave my massage I feel like the pain is relieved. My therapist Keito is amazing and very friendly. My wife and I really look forward to our massages.

I have been a member for a few years and found that I enjoy working with Oylin, my massage person. She always asks if I have specific needs that time. She always thanks me and walks me out.

I had a massage and found it very relaxing, the right amount of pressure applied. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and asked if I had any preference or area, I needed attention on.

I think that the team at the hand and stone in Troy does a great job maintaining a high quality of experience. I have been a member since the location opened and they have been very accommodating. Even through the pandemic. I even decided to stay after my rates rose twice.

I'm glad that the staff is wearing masks again, although the customers were not required to, and the waiting room was crowded with about 7 or 8 people, and most of them not wearing a mask. That is a little stressful during a time where case counts are the highest they have been in MI. My esthetician was excellent!

I just love Stacy and all the staff. I wish I could go every day. I will be back very soon. Very relaxing!

The staff were very polite and very professional with their services. Their service has helped me sleep better and it has cause my pain in certain areas to stop aching because of my pregnancy.
