Hand and Stone

First of all, I was very impressed with the beautiful and welcoming lobby/waiting area. Secondly, I waited only a moment before Taylor, the massage therapist, called me. Lastly, I loved the massage room, the warm massage table, the calming and relaxing atmosphere, and the expertise and friendliness of Taylor.

Staff is always professional, friendly, and polite. Massage rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Overall, the entire place is soothing.

Payton is very knowledgeable with facials and does such a wonderful job with her techniques during the process. She understands the 'science of skin' and that I will pay for.

The waiting area was comfortable and had a nice ambiance while the service areas were clean & comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My therapist was knowledgeable about the stone massage I inquired about and made it worthwhile to pay for that extra service.

I do wait into my time for the messes to get me. Also I seem to get short ed time in the beginning and end where I do not get the 50 our 70 minutes I should.

Great service , masseuse is excellent and very detailed.

Mike was friendly. He responded to my request for lighter pressure. I felt good after.

I was highly satisfied with my facial. The only issue is that I have a number of gift cards on file and I’m never offered to use them. I have to inquire.every time.
