I was satisfied with my facial experience at Hand and Stone of Troy because the esthetician was professional, friendly, and fun. She was gentle with my skin and provided excellent service. Next month I'm getting a facial and massage!

Receptionists are friendly and immediately servicing clients. Atmosphere is reasonably refined and inviting without being over the top. Therapist provides personalized respectful service.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about products to use. The spa is clean and inviting. The facials have greatly improved my skin. I would recommend this spa to a friend.

People are very friendly and professional. Appointments are on time. It is very clean. I am always happy with the outcome of the facial I have received. I tried a new treatment today so I need to give it some time to determine if the effects are worth the cost. Time will tell.
