Everyone was very professional and friendly. It was kept very clean and sanitary. The ambience of the massage was perfect and my massage therapist was very professional and attentive to details.

The massage therapists have all been excellent. I do have an issue with the receptionists. Twice this year I have made appointments that were not honored seemingly by the information not being saved in the system. It caused much inconvenience

Each time I have had a facial with Stacey, I have had a wonderful experience. She is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I have never felt any pressure for an “upscale”, yet I have been encouraged to add different treatments to my facial from time to time. These were recommended once she listened carefully to my observations or concerns over the condition of my skin.
