My massage therapist, Keito is awesome. reception area was quiet as was rest of the salon everyone was very friendly

Everything went so well and smoothly from the moment I walked through the door. Speaking to the receptionist at the front and it took no time for my aesthetician to come get me from my appointment which was amazing. It was my first facial and I will definitely be back to get another facial again!

Bianca was fantastic! She was communicative and knowledgeable. She has the perfect amount of pressure and I was so pleased with the services.

Rachel is amazing. She keeps me well informed about my skin care needs. After seeing her and doing the skin care regimen that she suggested. I have improved my skin greatly. I recommend her to everyone that I meet.

Have always had good experiences with Hand and Stone. Keito is a fabulous therapist, and all staff are friendly and competent.

I have yet to encounter a problem scheduling services, or with the services themselves. I have tried 3 different massage therapists in order to find a good ‘fit’, but I must say that all three met that criteria. I have been having regular massages for over 30 years, and am happy to say that I would rank this location extremely high on my scale. I was originally introduced to Hand & Stone in Tampa, and the few times I went there were also excellent experiences.
