Mike was clean, prompt and such a good listener. The room was clean, the bed was warm and he was flexible to my request halfway through the session. My appointment had to be rescheduled due to a h&s COVID issue, my paid appointment had expired and the staff took great care to make me feel at ease because it wasn’t my fault. Good check in and check out process. Swift and didn’t see any other customers. All staff was wearing masks properly.

Smelled very calming in lobby, Soothing environment, quiet. Receptionist were super friendly and informational. Also provided great recommendations.

My massage therapist always does an excellent job of not only incorporating my specific concerns but often does an excellent job at focusing on trouble areas discovered during the massage. Took me a few people to find a therapist I trust and feel I get the best outcome from but wouldn’t change a thing.

Sarah was wonderful, listened to my areas of concern and spent more time on those areas while taking care when I mentioned that my legs bruise easily without avoiding altogether, which was so nice. I felt comfortable and relaxed through the entire appointment.

I've been going for a few months now and have really enjoyed the staff. Everyone has been professional and knowledgeable of different treatments/massages without pressing for upgrades to services.
