I was highly satisfied with Sarah. She is very professional and always asks if I have any specific areas that need work. I love the Troy Hand and Stone as well.

Overall a wonderful experience. The receptionists were very nice and the message therapist was as well. He was friendly, polite and professional.

Out of the three receptionists I spoke with, two were great. I scheduled an appointment for both my husband and myself at the same time. The original receptionist who booked the appointment was just okay. She didn't seem overly friendly, even though it was my first time calling and booking an appointment. Once I scheduled the appointment though, another receptionist called to reschedule (which I didn't mind) but she was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. The second receptionist mistakenly rescheduled our appointment for two different times, when we had originally booked for the same time. That's an honest mistake though. The third receptionist I called once I realized our appointments were rescheduled and no longer at the same time. She was apologetic and quick to help us reschedule to the same time. It took only a second to fix. Mary, the massage therapist, was excellent. She was kind, checked on pressure, and answered all of my questions. I'd go back to Mary any time! The receptionist who checked us out was just as kind and pleasant. I felt like the staff was very attentive and the facility was clean. Thank you!

Love your spa. Keito is the best therapist I have ever had . The receptionist personnel is also excellent . I always feel that I am walking into a place where I have a lot of friends. Great staff!!!

Bianca was a great therapist! She was very knowledgeable and helped with all of my kinks. One thing that I was disappointed by was the length of the appointment I was there 10 min prior to my appt and didn’t get called into the building until 3 min after my appt time. Then I checked the clock when getting dressed and my appt was less then an hour

Everything was organized and my massage therapist, Jules was awesome! I wasn’t dissatisfied with the “protection” factor. I actually don’t care and would like to not wear a mask while getting a massage. But it won’t stop me from coming back.
